These terms and conditions set out the Terms of Use of the Baltic Overlanders ( online store. By accessing this site, we assume that you fully agree to these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use the Baltic Overlanders website if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions specified on this page.

The owner of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is Overland Ready SIA (Registration number 40203448240 ), legal address Iecavas iela 1-24, Rīga, LV-1083, Latvia, EU.

1. The validity of contract of sale, product and price information

The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price when placing the order in the checkout process..

The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.

All prices are in Euros (€).

Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.

2. Placing an order

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid securely via the following payment methods 

2.1. Bank transfer payments (with an issued Invoice).

2.2. provided by Maksekeskus AS:

  • Latvian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor

  • Buy now, pay later: Indivy, Indivy 3, Liisi ID, BigBank, Moki3, Mokilizingas
  • Finnish bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
  • Card payments: Visa / MasterCard

2.2.1. NB! When using a bank link payment confirm the order and then click on the ‘Return to merchant’ button.

The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.

2.3. If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

3. Shipment

3.1. Goods are shipped to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland.
These options are available for receiving the order: curriers, pick-up from our warehouse.

3.2. The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

3.3. All shipments within Latvia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 2-5 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. All shipments outside of Latvia are guaranteed to arrive within 30 calendar days. We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.

4. Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days.

4.1. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store.

4.2. If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods or exercise the rights to refuse a return and refund.

4.3. To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal in free form to our info@balticoverlanders e-mail address within 14 days of receiving the goods.

4.4. The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

4.5. The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that they handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

4.6. Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store shall return to the purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days, all of the payments received from the purchaser based on the contract.
The online store has the right to refuse to make a refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products or both, whichever is acceptable by the online store.

4.7. If the buyer has clearly chosen a different form of shipment than the cheapest usual form of shipment offered by the online store, the store is not required to compensate the cost exceeding the usual shipping cost.

4.8. The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.

5. Defective goods

5.1. The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of goods sold to a purchaser with the terms and conditions of the contract or for deficiencies which already existed at the time of delivery and which occur within two years of delivering the goods to the purchaser. Within the first year of delivery, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the online store ́s responsibility to prove otherwise.

5.2. The purchaser has the right to turn to the online store within two months of the occurrence of a defect by e-mailing [email protected] or calling (+371) 2241-2653. The online store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the goods to the purchaser.

5.3. If goods bought from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the contract of sale. In such case the purchaser has to return the goods to the online store.

5.4. The online store will respond to the consumer ́s complaint in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.

6. Direct marketing and processing of personal data

6.1. The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser for processing the order and sending goods to the purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.
6.2. The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.

6.3. The purchaser is able to opt-out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail ([email protected]) or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.

7. Settlement of disputes

7.1. All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed ([email protected]) to or submitted by calling (+371) 2241-2653.
7.2. If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. The resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.

7.3. A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.

8. Licence 

Unless otherwise stated, Baltic Overlanders and/or its licensors own intellectual property rights to the entire Baltic Overlanders material. All intellectual property rights are retained. You can view and/or print pages from for personal use, subject to the limits set out in these terms and conditions.

You can’t:

  • Republish material from or related social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
  • Sell, lease or sub-license from;;
  • Reproduce, back up or copy material from;

Distribute content from Baltic Overlanders (unless the content is specifically designed for further distribution).

9. iFrame

Without prior approval and explicit written permission, you may not create frames for Baltic Overlanders online store or use other techniques that change the visual design or appearance of the Baltic Overlanders online store in any way.

10. Detention of rights

We reserve the right to request at any time and at our sole discretion that you remove all links or any specific link to our site. You agree to immediately remove all links to our site upon such request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and their related policies at any time. By continuing to link to the Baltic Overlanders website, you agree to these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them.

11. Remove a link from our website

If you believe that a link on the Baltic Overlanders website is unwanted for any reason, you can contact us about it. Although we strive to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy; we also undertake to ensure that the site is uninterrupted or that the materials contained therein are kept up to date.

Under no circumstances shall Baltic Overlanders or its business partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages due to loss of data or profits or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the materials of the Baltic Overlanders website, even if we or the authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Since some jurisdictions do not allow restrictions on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or accidental damages, these restrictions may not apply to you.

13. Pricing policy

The euro (EUR) currency is used in transactions with all countries. VAT is included in the price of the goods and depends on the country to which the goods will be delivered. Please note that all prices and product information in Baltic Overlanders online store are variable.

13. Age restriction

To shop at the Baltic Overlanders online store, you must be at least 18 years old.

14. Colors

We have tried to more accurately display the colors of the products offered on the website as possible. Nevertheless, the colors you see will also depend on the resolution of your computer monitor, so we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed by your monitor will be accurate.
